Greens Edge at Province Park to offer concierge services
FORT MYERS, Fla. (Feb. 13, 2008) – Greens Edge at Province Park is to offer
concierge services through an agreement with Peace of Mind Concierge, announced<
Director of Sales and Marketing Howard Krass. The community is located on Winkler
Extension, just north of the intersection at Colonial Boulevard.
The agreement provides residents at Greens Edge with the option to enjoy a full range of concierge services such as relocation services including making moving arrangements such as utility services appointments, personal services including errand running, making reservations, house- and pet-sitting services and long-term property maintenance. A host of other services offered for residents that will ensure that the care-free lifestyle offered by Greens Edge remains convenient.
“Peace of Mind Concierge services will offer the residents at Greens Edge exactly that,” said Krass. “They will be available to handle all of the details, from making tee times and dinner reservations to scheduling and admitting maintenance professionals. These services are most beneficial to our seasonal residents who aren’t familiar with the ins and outs of Southwest Florida and will leave them more time to enjoy themselves while residing in our community.”
The homes at Greens Edge are situated in one of 11, six-story condominium buildings overlooking Eastwood Golf Course. Each of the 330 homes in Greens Edge features a spacious veranda that overlooks the recently renovated Eastwood Golf Course.
